Experience of Teaching Assistance

Hallo everyone!

Being a teacher! i can't imagine what kind of teacher i will be.

However, last two weeks i experienced teaching in SMA Santa Theresia, Menteng, Jakarta Selatan.

Well, the experience was really cool. My partner and I got a turn to teach Equation of Trigonometry for grade XI IPA 2 using this lesson plan (download here: lesson plan).

The lesson was cool. We used Lecturing Discussion and Cooperative Learning, such as Round Robin. It was fun.

Hence, we gave students a post-test to assess their understanding on the topic. The result was a bit good. 13 from 35 students got A for this post-test.

Now, i feel that i have found my passion: teaching!

after this experience, i don't want my spirit fades out, hope i will be more sure that i am gonna be a teacher; A great teacher!!!!

Well Guys, what do you think about the video... for me personally, it's an awesome one. Now i get an inspiration for doing a similar thing. From now on, we should have mindset that math is fun and can be combined with music.
